If the item is marked In Store (pickup or ship), it is ready at our Hamilton showroom. Choose pickup, or we can ship it out for you the same day when ordered during open hours (or the next business day if ordered after hours). If the item is marked Order to receive (~4 days), allow about 4 days after your order for readiness (or hold it for Hamilton pickup). That window covers quality inspection, Certificate of Authenticity, and premium packaging. If the item is marked Custom design (2–4 weeks), expect about 2 to 4 weeks when custom work applies — special sizes, finishes, or made-to-order medals.
