Shipping Policy

At Rudix Jewellery, we want every order to reach you safely, on time, and ready to wear or gift. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Processing Time

For items in stock, we ship on the first business day after your order is placed. Please note our store is closed Thursdays, Sundays, long weekends, and holidays — orders placed on those days are processed on the next business day.

For items that are out of stock, back-ordered, or qualify as a special order (e.g., non-stocked sizes), we'll promptly email you to confirm the expected ship date.

Shipping Rates

Canada and United States: Free standard shipping on all orders. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery at an additional charge.

International: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected service.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping (Canada & United States): typically 3 to 7 business days
  • Express shipping (Canada & United States): typically 1 to 2 business days
  • International: typically 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination

Some remote or rural areas may require additional transit time. Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.

Countries We Ship To

We are pleased to ship to the following countries:

Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, and Japan.

Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT) once they reach the destination country. These charges are not within our control and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office in advance to avoid surprises.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

If you haven't received your order within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation (Canada/US) or 21 business days (international), please email us at info@rudixjewellery.com with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

For security, signature confirmation, and insurance reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a residential or business street address at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

A package is considered lost if there is no carrier scan activity for 14 business days (Canada/US) or 30 business days (international). If you believe your package may be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@rudixjewellery.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement of your order.

Signature Confirmation

For your protection, orders valued at $500 CAD or more require a signature upon delivery. The chosen courier and shipping option may also require a signature based on package value or destination.
