When do I need to order for Christmas?

For delivery before Dec 25 within Canada and the U.S., please order by:

  • Standard shipping: Dec 11
  • Engraved + standard shipping: Dec 8
  • Express shipping: Dec 18
  • Engraved + express shipping: Dec 14
  • Showroom pickup in Hamilton: Dec 23

We'll do our best to get every gift there in time, though courier delays can happen during the holiday rush.

What if I'm not sure of their ring size or bracelet length?

Choose your best guess and don't worry. After the holidays, resizing for most rings and bracelet adjustment are free for gifts. Full-eternity rings can't be resized, so for those it helps to know the size before you order. Gifts bought Nov 15 to Dec 24 can also be returned until Jan 15, 2027, under the holiday return terms below.

Can I have a gift engraved?

Yes. Pieces that show the "Add engraving" box on their product page can be personalized online with laser engraving, starting at $39 CAD, and engraving is available on our medals too. We confirm the layout with you before we engrave. Engraving adds 4 business days, so please use the engraved order-by dates. Engraved pieces are final sale. You can also bring in a piece for engraving at our showroom, and we'll quote before we start.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every piece comes in a jewellery box, with its documentation. Free gift wrapping: tick the box in your cart.

How long will my gift take to arrive?

It depends on the piece. Items in our Hamilton showroom ship on the next business day the store is open. Pieces marked "Order to receive" are usually ready in about 2 to 4 business days, and engraving adds 4 business days. Free standard shipping to Canada and the U.S. typically takes 3 to 7 business days, and express (1 to 2 business days) is available at checkout for an extra charge. Orders of $500 CAD or more need a signature on delivery. For Christmas, see the order-by dates above.

Can I return or exchange a gift?

Yes. Gifts bought Nov 15 to Dec 24, 2026 can be returned until Jan 15, 2027, and gift receipts are available on request. Custom, engraved and special-order pieces remain final sale. Otherwise our normal Return Policy applies, including returning pieces unworn and in their original condition and packaging, and emailing info@rudixjewellery.com for a Return Authorization number first.

Do you ship to the U.S.? Will there be duties?

Yes. We ship free, fully insured, to Canada and the United States. We don't ship to other countries or to P.O. boxes. For U.S. orders, customs duties, tariffs, import taxes and brokerage fees aren't included in our prices. The recipient pays them to the carrier on delivery.

Can I pick up in Hamilton?

Yes. Choose pickup or tell us when you order, and we'll hold your gift at 1595 Upper James St, Unit 3, Hamilton, when it's ready. For Christmas pickup, please order by Dec 23.
