The complete process typically takes 3-6 weeks from initial consultation to delivery. This includes design consultation, 3D rendering approval, crafting, and quality assurance. Rush services are available for an additional fee if you're working within a specific timeline. We'll provide a detailed timeline during your consultation.

Absolutely! You'll receive photorealistic 3D renderings and 360° videos of your piece before we begin crafting. This allows you to see every detail and make any adjustments. One design revision is included to ensure your complete satisfaction before production begins.

We offer 10k, 14k, and 18k gold (yellow, white, rose), platinum, and sterling silver. For stones, choose from certified natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, sapphires, emeralds, rubies, and other precious gemstones. All diamonds come with IGI or GIA certification. We'll help you select the perfect combination based on your preferences and budget.

While we recommend an in-person consultation for the best experience, it's not required. We serve clients across Canada and internationally through virtual consultations via video call. We'll guide you through the entire process remotely, sharing digital renderings and maintaining close communication until your piece is complete.

One design revision is included in our custom process at no extra charge. We want you to be completely thrilled with your design before we begin crafting. Additional revisions can be accommodated for a small fee. Our goal is 100% satisfaction before any metal is cast or stones are set.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit once you approve the final design to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion before delivery or pickup. We accept all major credit cards, debit, e-transfer, and financing options are available for qualifying purchases.
