Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. A photo, a favourite shape, or a sense of your partner’s style is enough to start. We can help you explore the options and decide which details feel right.
How much will my custom ring cost?
The stone, metal and complexity of the design all affect the price. Tell us the budget you’re comfortable with and we’ll discuss suitable options and provide a quote for your ring.
Will I see the design before the ring is made?
Yes. You’ll review detailed 3D renders and can discuss refinements before approving the design. The renders help you understand the proportions and details; the appearance of the finished stone also depends on real lighting.
Can I choose a lab-grown diamond or use my own stone?
We can discuss natural and lab-grown diamonds, moissanite and other gemstones. If you have a stone you’d like to use, we’ll assess its condition and suitability for the design first.
What if I have a proposal date in mind?
Let us know when you first get in touch. Timing depends on your design, stone availability and revisions, so we’ll confirm what is possible for your project before proceeding.
Can we work together if I’m outside Hamilton?
Yes. We can discuss your ideas and review designs remotely. Let us know where you are so we can confirm the arrangements for your ring.
