How cut is graded
Rounds carry the lab's cut grade. For oval and other fancy shapes, labs don't issue a cut grade, so we grade cut from the stone's depth, table, polish and symmetry.

How well the facets return light. Rounds carry a lab cut grade; for other shapes we grade cut from proportions, polish and symmetry.
D is colourless. G–H look white once set, for noticeably less.
VS1–VS2 stones look clean to the eye. FL–VVS is for perfectionists.
Weight, not size. Shape and proportions change how large a stone looks face-up.

Larger and rarer diamonds are sourced by private appointment, so we can verify each stone with you and arrange fully insured delivery.
Returns & shipping
Diamonds marked or confirmed as returnable can be returned within 10 days of delivery. They must be unworn and unset, with the original certificate, and you need a Return Authorization from us first. We confirm returnability for each stone before we source it. If a stone is final sale, we'll tell you before ordering, and you may cancel for a full refund. Diamonds set into jewellery are final sale.
Every diamond ships free, fully insured and signature required. We source your diamond once payment has cleared, and we may contact you to verify larger orders. These loose-diamond terms take precedence over our general Return Policy.
