- Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are warm.
- Your ring should slide on with a little resistance.
- For bands 7 mm and wider, go about a quarter to half size larger.
- If the fit isn’t quite right, your 3-Year Care Plan includes resizing for eligible rings.

Care services are subject to eligibility and inspection, must be used each year, and do not roll over. Centre-stone loss or breakage is excluded. Your ring also includes a care guide.

How do I choose my width and ring size?
Compare widths from 4 to 10 mm in half-millimetre steps; the on-hand view is a visual guide. To find your size, visit our Hamilton showroom, request a free RUDIX ring sizer by mail, or measure the inside diameter of a ring you already wear and match it to the chart under “Not sure of your size?” in Step 1. For bands 7 mm and wider, go about a quarter to half size larger.
What is the difference between polished and brushed?
Polished gives a smooth mirror shine. Brushed gives a softer, directional texture. Your chosen finish is confirmed with the final design.
What metals can I choose?
The studio lets you explore 10k, 14k, 18k and 22k gold, plus platinum. We confirm availability and the exact specification before an order is placed. Preview colours are a guide.
What is included in the Care Plan?
For eligible rings: one resizing, professional polishing and cleaning, and one accidental-damage repair per year, subject to inspection. Where applicable, the plan includes annual prong and setting checks and up to three small accent-stone replacements. Services do not roll over; centre-stone loss or breakage is excluded. Renewal is available after three years.
When will my ring be ready?
Two weeks after payment. You can collect it from our Hamilton store or have it shipped free and insured within Canada and the US. Shipping transit time is additional.
How do pricing and payment work?
Your ring total appears in the final step when an exact online price is available. Add your ring to the cart or continue to checkout. Taxes and eligible installment options are confirmed at checkout. Other configurations need a RUDIX quote before ordering.
Can I return a custom or engraved band?
These bands are custom made to your selections and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please check your ring size, design and engraving carefully before payment.
