Each medal shows one Availability label. Use that label to know when your piece will be ready — then we ship with free insured shipping (Canada & US), or hold it for Hamilton pickup.

In Store (pickup or ship)

If the item is marked In Store (pickup or ship), it is ready at our Hamilton showroom. Choose pickup, or we can ship it out for you the same day when ordered during open hours (or the next business day if ordered after hours).

Order to receive (~4 days)

If the item is marked Order to receive (~4 days), allow about 4 days after your order for readiness (or hold it for Hamilton pickup). That window covers quality inspection, Certificate of Authenticity, and premium packaging.

Custom design (2–4 weeks)

If the item is marked Custom design (2–4 weeks), expect about 2 to 4 weeks when custom work applies — special sizes, finishes, or made-to-order medals. That covers careful finishing and paperwork when an appraisal or certificate is included.

Is this medal real gold?

Yes. Our medals are solid 10k, 14k, or 18k gold as listed on the product page — never plated or filled. Each piece is stamped for purity and ships with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Can I put a photo inside?

Solid medals are denser and built for heavy daily wear. Hollow medals use the same karat gold but with less mass, so they sit lighter and cost less by weight. The product page notes which construction this style uses.

How do I choose length and size?

Pendant size and any chain length options are shown on the product page. Choose a size that suits how you wear it — alone on a fine chain or as a keepsake piece you open often.

What chain lengths are available?

How long until it ships?

Most gold medals are ordered to receive in about 4 days (including ship-to-store when not on the showroom floor). Once you order, we prepare the piece, then ship or hold for Hamilton pickup. See Fulfillment Information on this page.

How do I care for and polish my medal?

Wipe with a soft cloth after wear; store dry and untangled. Avoid harsh chemicals. Eligible purchases include annual professional polish/clean under the 1-Year Limited Warranty — see What’s Included.

Where do you ship?
