We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn jewelry — in Canada, the US, and internationally. To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be: Each Rudix package is sealed at dispatch. If the security seal on the jewelry box is broken or removed, the item is considered worn and is no longer eligible for return. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rudixjewellery.com. Canada & US: we'll cover return shipping and provide a free replacement or full refund, including original shipping charges. International: please send clear photos and a description of the issue. To save you costly return shipping, we may resolve your claim with a free replacement or full refund without requiring physical return, at our discretion.
