It is the responsibility of the customer to utilize these services within each year of coverage, as they do not roll over to the subsequent year. The plan does not cover the loss or breakage of the center stone. After the initial three years, you will have the option to renew your plan, ensuring ongoing protection and care for your cherished jewelry.

If the security seal on the jewelry box is broken or removed, the item is considered worn and is no longer eligible for return.
