Fulfillment Notice
Please note that it takes approximately two weeks to complete the manufacture of this ring. The time frame is based on the specific metal chosen and the ring size selected. We appreciate your patience and are committed to delivering a high-quality, custom piece that meets your expectations.

After receiving your instructions, we provide a unique quote for your one-of-a-kind piece. Inform us of your required timeline, and we'll set a specific pickup date based on our ability to craft the ring.
A deposit initiates the design process and secures your center stone. The typical completion time is 4 to 6 weeks, though rush orders might be quicker, subject to design complexity and stone availability.
Once the design is finalized, you will receive photorealistic rendered images of the ring from various angles. The first design draft is included in the price, and the first revision is also included. Please note, any revisions thereafter will incur a fee of $350. However, we strive to perfect the first design, as these creations are a testament to our portfolio.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada and the U.S. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders, and the customer is responsible for any associated fees.

- Annual Ring Resizing: We offer complimentary resizing once every year for bands that are resizable within the possible range.
- Damage Repair: Accidents happen, but we’ve got you covered with one free repair of damage per year, if repairable.
- Rhodium Plating: Keep your ring shining brilliantly with free rhodium plating once per year. Note that this benefit does not accumulate and must be redeemed within each year of coverage.
It is the responsibility of the customer to utilize these services within each year of coverage, as they do not roll over to the subsequent year. The plan does not cover the loss or breakage of any stones that may be present in the band. After the initial three years, you will have the option to renew your plan for an extra fee, ensuring ongoing protection and care for your cherished jewelry.
