$500 Gift Card Giveaway – Official Rules

2. Eligibility. Open to residents of Hamilton, Ontario and the surrounding area who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are able to redeem the prize in person at the Rudix Jewellery showroom in Hamilton. Employees of Rudix Jewellery and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Giveaway Period. Entries are accepted from 3:00 PM ET on June 23, 2026 until 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2026. Entries submitted outside this window will not be counted.

4. How to Enter. During the Giveaway Period, on Instagram: (a) follow @rudixjewellery; (b) tag a friend in the comments of the official giveaway post (each separate tagging comment counts as one additional entry; multiple entries permitted); and (c) optionally share the official giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @rudixjewellery for one bonus entry. No purchase necessary. Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.

5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a $500 CAD Rudix Jewellery gift card, redeemable in-store only toward jewellery/merchandise purchases at the Rudix Jewellery showroom in Hamilton, Ontario. The gift card cannot be redeemed online, is not valid for shipped/online orders, and cannot be applied to repairs, engraving, appraisals, or other services. The winner must be able to redeem the prize in person at the Hamilton showroom. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no substitution is permitted except by Rudix Jewellery (which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value). Any unused balance remains on the card for future in-store jewellery purchases. Total approximate retail value: $500 CAD.

6. Winner Selection & Skill-Testing Question. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about July 1, 2026. As required by Canadian law, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be declared the winner. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within five (5) days, fails the skill-testing question, or is unable to redeem in person in Hamilton, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Winner Notification. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or announced publicly on @rudixjewellery on or about July 1, 2026, and must arrange to redeem the prize in person at the Rudix Jewellery showroom in Hamilton, Ontario.

8. Instagram Disclaimer. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram/Meta from any and all liability. By entering, you provide your information to Rudix Jewellery, not to Instagram.

9. General. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Rudix Jewellery, which are final and binding. Rudix Jewellery reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Personal information collected is used only to administer the Giveaway.
